Additional Persons
Number of Persons shown in table above are maximum number permitted in luxury fractional cottages.
One additional person is permitted in the Traditional 2 bedroom cottages at a rate of $30 per day or $150 per week.
Two additional persons are permitted in the Traditional 3 bedroom cottages at the rate of $30 per person per day or $150 per person per week.
Lakeview Cottages
Add $20 per night or $100 per week. These cottages are located closest to the water and have the best lakeview's. Applies only during Peak summer season and only to the Traditional Cottages.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $750 on a credit card is required on arrival with rentals of any of the new luxury fractional cottages.
Smoke Free
All fractional cottages are smoke free.
Rates
Are quoted in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Taxes
13% HST is not included.
Pets
Blue Water Acres is a “pet free” resort. We would be happy to recommend a local kennel to board your dog.
Deposits on Reservations
50% deposit will be required on bookings of 4 days or less and 30% on bookings of 5 days or more. Balance of payment is due on arrival and may be made by cash or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Debit Card).
Cancellation
Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made a minimum of 28 days before scheduled date of arrival, or if space is resold, subject to a $30 cancellation fee. There is no refund for early departure.
Check-in & Check-out Time
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Early check-in may be possible but ask first. It happens occasionally that a cottage may not be ready at the precise moment you check in. You may use the facilities while you wait
Dining
All cottages have fully equipped kitchens. Should you wish to dine out elsewhere, you’ll be pleased with the wide selection of restaurants in the area. There are over 50 to choose from.
Firewood
Can be purchased at the resort. Fire logs are also sold in our convenience store. Fractional cottages have gas fireplaces.
BBQ’s
Traditional cottages have charcoal BBQ’s and Fractional cottages have gas BBQ’s,
Free Internet
Available in fractional cottages and in the reception area.
Handicap Access
Cottages and resort facilities are distributed in an area covering about 30 acres. Roadways and walkways are gravel and may be uneven. Some cottages and all main buildings have wheel chair ramps. Although we've had many guests with wheel chairs, bathroom doorways are less than 36 inches in width. Guests requiring wheel chairs will need some assistance from a companion to enjoy resort facilities. Seniors generally have no difficulty getting around the resort.
