Peak Seasons (daily Rates) are any days from Jun 25 to Sep 5, Dec 24 to Jan 2.

Value Seasons (daily rates) are any days from Sep 6 to Oct 16, Jan 3 to Mar 13 and May 20 to June 24

Super Value Seasons (daily rates) are any days from Oct 17 to Dec 23, Mar 12 to May 19

Peak Seasons (weekly rates) is any week with an arrival date commencing Jun 25 to Aug 29 and Dec 21 to Dec 29

Value Seasons (weekly rates) is any week with an arrival date commencing Dec 30 to Mar 9, Aug 30 to Oct 10 and
May 14 to Jun 24.

Super Value Seasons (weekly rates) is any week with an arrival date commencing Mar 10 - May 13 and
Oct 11 - Dec 20.

Additional Persons: Number of Persons shown in table above are maximum number permitted in luxury fractional cottages.

One additional person is permitted in the Traditional 2 bedroom cottages at a rate of $30 per day or $150 per week.

Two additional persons are permitted in the Traditional 3 bedroom cottages at the rate of $30 per person per day or $150 per person per week.

Lakeview Cottages: Add $20 per night or $100 per week. These cottages are located closest to the water and have the best lakeviews. Applies only during Peak summer season and only to the Traditional Cottages.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $750 on a credit card is required on arrival with rentals of any of the new luxury fractional cottages.

Smoke Free: All fractional cottages are smoke free.

Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Taxes: 5% PST and 5% GST are not included.

Pets: Blue Water Acres is a “pet free” resort. We would be happy to recommend a local kennel to board your dog.

Deposits on Reservations: a 50% deposit will be required on bookings of 4 days or less and 30% on
bookings of 5 days or more. Balance of payment is due on arrival and may be made by cash or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Debit Card).

Cancellation: Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made a minimum of 28 days before scheduled date of arrival, or if space is resold, subject to a $30 cancellation fee. There is no refund for early departure.

Check-in & Check-out Time: Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:30am. Early check-in may be possible but ask first. It happens occasionally that a cottage may not be ready at the precise moment you check in. You may use the facilities while you wait

Dining: All cottages have fully equipped kitchens. Should you wish to dine out elsewhere, you’ll be pleased with the wide selection of restaurants in the area. There are over 50 to choose from.

Firewood can be purchased at the resort. Fire logs are also sold in our convenience store. Fractional cottages have gas fireplaces.

BBQ’s: Tradional cottages have charcoal BBQ’s and Fractional cottages have gas BBQ’s,

Free Internet available in fractional cottages and in the reception area.
